Book Free Discovery Call

The purpose of this call is to get a better understanding of your health goals. This no charge call is meant for you to ask questions and understand how the HG Hub services align with your particular needs.

Initial Consult 

After the Discovery Call, you select your package and ship any test kits off to the lab. While your results process, a thorough nutrition assessment is completed. This will set the foundation of your protocol.

Receive Test Results

Your practitioner will develop a protocol that takes into account your health history, test results, symptoms, lifestyle, and more.  Typically, this protocol is temporary, and each phase lasts 4-8 weeks.

Ongoing Support

Throughout the process, you can expect ongoing support through the HIPPA compliant platform, video calls, food journal reviews, meal plans, and adjustments to your protocol.
